The thing I particularly appreciated was that he reimagined the kitchen and then executed his idea. This involved taking out a wall and reconfiguring the doorway. He replaced the roof and the chimney. He replaced all the floors and the insulation underneath the house. He replaced the two full bathrooms and the half-bath. He painted the exterior and the interior. He replaced the exterior door and all the interior doors and the windows. He replaced the deck and built a new fence around the back yard.
