"Excellent work, all around! The crew was hardworking, and the work performed has stood the test of time. Three years ago, Wu Construction expertly installed a full crawl space perimeter footing drain, brought in drainage gravel, and installed a 1/3 hp sump pump. Also installed a 6 mil black vapor barrier, checked and sealed alle entry points to prevent rodent entry, re-installed all loose inulation and replaced heat duct insulation. The crawl space has remained bone dry, and we've had no further issues with moisture or rodents."

They came on time, were very friendly, and especially patient and helpful when a fence gate had to be removed to get their equipment into my yard. They also recommend replacing the entire chimney, I explained I couldn't afford that right now so they just filled it.  <br /> <br /> The provider was professional and understanding. He was a about a half hour late for the appointment but did call. I would suggest to be honest with the pricing up front. They couldn't give me a up front cost.  <br /> <br /> I did pay more then I had expected to and think they were a little higher then other companies. I would use them again if the pricing was right, I don't want to spend $5,000 on replacing my chimney."

"Had my whole yard redone a year ago. They moved my rock wall back (and got rid of some of my lawn, which I asked for) so that I could have a larger patio area in the back. The dirt they removed was put in the front lawn area so that it was level, and a rock wall was put in. Trees and shrubs were planted, a water fountain and lighting were put in, and my old sprinkler system was replaced. They were professional and I was even gone for 2 weeks on vacation while they worked. I am absolutely thrilled with the end results and have spent so much more on my patio than ever before because it is so relaxing and beautiful now. After the job was completed, I requested their biweekly maintenance. They do garden weeding, raking, edging, mowing and, when necessary, tree trimming. The tree trimming is done correctly and they deadwooded and thinned a tree and 2 rhododendrons that hadn’t been touch in years. They both look so much better and healthier. The workers are prompt, friendly, hardworking, and do great work. I highly recommend them."
