"The Owner was excellent at communicating with me. He went above and beyond in cleaning my gutters and also checking out the roof on my garage. The work performed was overpriced. The work was completed in under 45 minutes. What did they do for $1,400? They replaced rusty nails with new nails. The area of the shingles where my roof was leaking through ceiling was sealed. There was no replacement of plywood or shingles. The Owner (Steve) said it was not necessary. He showed me pictures of the work they performed. In addition, the bottom of the roof vents and chimney were sealed. The work they performed was worth about $800 to $900. I was charged $1,400 -- the Owner gave me a 2 year warranty on his work. It has rained in Chicago since my roof was repaired, and so far, so good. I appreciated all the work they did. They did an excellent job, but for the work that was completed, I thought the price point was a bit inflated."

They communicated well with me, using pictures and explaining what needed to be done. Compared to other companies, they have very good prices. They are very honest and hard-working. "I was called the same Saturday night as my inquiry on Angi’s list. Dario cane out the next day for an estimate replacing a 12 foot area of soffit that was knocked off from the wind. He was able to come on Monday morning and fixed it and also said he can clean all my gutters because the roof is too high for me to clean. He cleaned the gutters for a fair price He and his son were very nice, respectful and cleaned up after their job. I would recommend them for any job!!"
