"On time and did complete cleaning"

"The Owner was excellent at communicating with me. He went above and beyond in cleaning my gutters and also checking out the roof on my garage. The work performed was overpriced. The work was completed in under 45 minutes. What did they do for $1,400? They replaced rusty nails with new nails. The area of the shingles where my roof was leaking through ceiling was sealed. There was no replacement of plywood or shingles. The Owner (Steve) said it was not necessary. He showed me pictures of the work they performed. In addition, the bottom of the roof vents and chimney were sealed. The work they performed was worth about $800 to $900. I was charged $1,400 -- the Owner gave me a 2 year warranty on his work. It has rained in Chicago since my roof was repaired, and so far, so good. I appreciated all the work they did. They did an excellent job, but for the work that was completed, I thought the price point was a bit inflated."

"Benjamin (and Candy, who did more of the scheduling and billing) were very thorough and prompt in the work that they did (clean and repair roof). They communicated well with me, using pictures and explaining what needed to be done. Compared to other companies, they have very good prices. They are very honest and hard-working. I understand that they also do tree work. I would hire them again for anything that they do!"

"They were very professional. They came in morning and was done by lunch. Everything was cleaned up. Then came back to do final sweep and check on everything. Very pleased with my new roof"

"I was called the same Saturday night as my inquiry on Angi’s list. Dario cane out the next day for an estimate replacing a 12 foot area of soffit that was knocked off from the wind. He was able to come on Monday morning and fixed it and also said he can clean all my gutters because the roof is too high for me to clean. He cleaned the gutters for a fair price He and his son were very nice, respectful and cleaned up after their job. I would recommend them for any job!!"

"Will & the Rolling Suds team were amazing! They were prompt, very friendly & communicative, and were patient with my many questions. They washed the entire exterior of our house (brick, vinyl siding), and our front porch & walkway/sidewalks. None of our landscaping was affected or damaged, and they cleaned up well after themselves. It made such a difference in how our home looks. We'll absolutely hire them again when we need another cleaning!"

"I had needed roof repair for sometime and kept putting it off because of the process to find a good roofing repair company that honestly tells you what you need to have done and of course the price involved to repair or replace a roof. I was referred to Paramount Roofing through a friend who previously had some roof repair work done by them. I did some research through advertising agencies and I was impressed so I gave them a call. I spoke with a representative of the company, who came out to diagnose my situation, we agreed on a complete roof tear off and replacement. The price was so awesome that I included the same for my garage. All of this took place in less than 7 days. I'm now the happy owner of new roofs on my home and garage and the replacement for both took less than half a day. The result is incredible, thank you Paramount Roofing."
