He communicated the steps he was taking and asked for our opinion when our input was needed (color, type of stain, etc.).He responded in a timely fashion to my inquires. The paint job changed the look of the house and made it look fresher. I would definitely hire again for future projects."

The only reason to give a 4.5 in customer service is because I wish the crew would have said a couple of times, "are you sure this is what you want?" Because after it was done, there are a few changes I wished we had asked for that are apparent after the fact, but would have meant extra time and money. I know that would have slowed the job and it isn't their fault, and we can make the changes after the fact. But still, to be a 10 star they could have used their expertise and brought the small issues to our attention."
