• We had the pond for many years and decide to make it into a pondless pond.
• We researched companies and liked the video's we saw (youtube) of Hector's work.
• On the first visit he talked with us about our desires and he suggested ways to implement our ideas.
• The pondless pond is lovely and waaay better then I envisioned.....
• Five Waterfalls and a meandering stream. He even added branches in the stream to give it a natural look.
• Hectors crew was here everyday from 8:30 to 8 PM.
• It took 6 days to complete. Usually 2 or 3 men would work and they were pleasant and professional.
• The crew knew what they were doing in laying out the design and the artistry involved.
• They would spend time putting rocks in a certain pattern, stand back and look at what was done and then go back and move everything till it was the way they wanted it. The process was amazing.
• After the pondless pond was complete, I thought the main waterfall should be adjusted a little and called Hector. I left a message and before the day was done the men were here and adjusted the waterfall.
• I also liked the fact that  Aerate 1 is a contractor for Aquascape Ponds which constructed our original pond.
• Aerate 1, Hector and his men get 4 stars for a job very well done.

"Almanza is the best in the area, I've learned the hard way. Had them as regulars for landscaping a few years back. They were great for the most part - Raul was excellent at doing extra jobs (paving, tree-cutting) fast and prompt at very reasonable prices. The yard looked great. However, when fall cleanup came, the crew left a lot of debris behind. During the summer, they also trimmed stuff I asked them not to trim and didn't trim what I wanted them to. I chalked it up to the crew though. Raul has always been great and I complained to him about it, noting I couldn't renew the contract with the same weekly crew. Not hearing from him about a different crew, I too hastily terminated the contract. BIG mistake. Subsequent lawn care and landscape specialists have been totally abysmal compared. I've learned that the weekly crews of any company are not as honest, hardworking, scrupulous, etc. as the owners but you have to put up with that stuff. It's just part of the game apparently. Looking back, aul's crew wasn't perfect, but they were a lot better than any others I've had. If you have him as a landscaper, keep him. A good dude. I've regretted my action more every year."

"Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."

"Dean from D&D was amazing to work with on our landscaping project. Our yard needed a lot of work, and from our first meeting, we could tell Dean had extensive experience and knowledge. He educated us throughout the process, built a custom a design layout specific to our needs and provided with us additional support even after the job was done. "Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. J & P Brothers Landscaping is professional, friendly, responsive, hard-working and neat, and they do great work. We highly recommend them. They completely transformed our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We have decided to use them for our ongoing maintenance, and we will always consider them first with any future landscaping project."
