They were extremely pleasant and finished the job on time. I would also like to take this time to thank my representative Max McCaulley for doing such a great job in getting this job taken care of. without him I don't think we could've ever succeeded in starting this job thank you, Max.also Shannon, who is the accountant at the office who is extremely helpful and such a lovely person Dustin, who was the project manager also did a great job the on-site shake manager really kept the crew moving along and very helpful in answering all my questions once again thank you shake guys for doing a great job and I'm happy to recommend you to all my friends"

"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."
