Initially I needed a portion of a cement-fiber sided wall replaced due to significant water damage. He spent plenty of time with me discussing all of the options as he looked over the house. He's very professional yet personable and I felt I could trust his judgement on each of the decision points. The work was done quickly. As he pointed out that all of the wood trim around the windows and door on that end of the house were rotted, he explained ahead of time the possibilities he might uncover in removing the decayed wood. He clearly and thoroughly understood the scope of the project(s). Fortunately, underlying structures, vapor barrier, and flashings were in good shape so he did not need to replace them. I'll confidently use David if I have projects in the future. "
