"Mr. Wells arrived on time.  He repaired the door area, confirmed no wet or dry rot was hidden under the house and proceeded to repair the issue.  He went beyond my expectations and pointed out how he would raise the wood touching the door jam to prevent future problems.  He then installed rain deflectors on the doors in question and sealed all areas in front of the door.  I learned of his other carpentry skills and have now decided to use him for all needed future work around the house.  Thanks to Angie's list and the reviews, I now join the trust in reviews I read on Mr. Wells. I highly recommend him.
