"We have used this provider in the past and have been very happy with their work. In the past we used them to windsail some large western red cedars and hemlocks, and they cabled one split trunk, all done well. This time was different. I think the job was too small. We just needed a little limbing up on a couple of trees, and I had a very beautiful large snowball bush that was overdue for pruning. We signed the contract in June but they never called to make an appointment. We waited quite awhile, thinking that they would schedule us when they had another job in the neighborhood, but after six weeks, I started calling them. They finally came out late in the day after they boys had already put in a full day at another site. The crew was exhausted when they got here. There was no crew chief or supervisor so I had to go over all the work again with them. The evergreens were done all right, except for one or two high branches they missed. But the snowball bush was a complete massacre. I assumed they were arborists, but they are not. They cut the center branches down to sticks and left all the side arching branches intact. It was ghastly. <br /> I called the supervisor the next day and asked him to come look at it. He didn't seem too shocked. He offered to snip away at it a little. I told him no thanks, enough damage had been done. I asked for a partial refund, which he authorized. After a few weeks the refund had not appeared on my credit card, so I called the supervisor twice and finally sent an email to the home office. I finally got a check in the mail. <br /> I pruned the rest of the branches on the snowball bush myself to restore the shape, but it will be several years before it looks good again. I am hoping for a mild winter, since the pruning was done way too late in the season. <br /> In summary... if you use this company, stick to having them work on evergreens. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR DECIDUOUS SHRUBS. <br />"

"Aden Landscaping staff were excellent! They listened to my ideas, their prices were reasonable, and their work was excellent! They did an excellent job with fencing, flagstone, irrigation and a retaining wall. They were always polite, cleaned up every night, and were sensitive about the neighbors. I couldn't be happier!"

"They kept our lawn looking really good. As far as that, I'm having a little bit of trouble with the scheduling. We have somebody who mows our lawn and I don't want to have them put down their product and then the next day, mow the lawn and suck up all the product. In the past, we have done pretty well with them coming earlier in the week and this worked out good. This year I am having a little more trouble with that. We had another company that was purchased by TruGreen and I was very happy with them, I think maybe it was the same person that does it. We had a problem a couple of years ago and the guy came out and he worked and got it all rectified and everything. So basically, we've been pretty happy with them, except for the scheduling relationship.I don't think they have been here to do that one yet. It was at my request because it was the day before we were getting it mowed, so I need to call them on that. But, they've been very responsive when we call and stuff. The time we did have an issue, they resolved it so wonderfully. It was something they they put down and application and it froze that night or something and it damaged the lawn, but they came out and they repaired it all and got it all looking good. Now, we have the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. I don't really have anything to compare price. I really don't know what other places charge. Our lawn is weed-free. They took care of it. We moved into a house where the lawn had not been... it was an older couple and the only thing that made it look green were the weeds in it. They've managed over three or four years, there isn't a weed in it now. They get a "B" on responsiveness only because of the issue we're dealing with right now. They come when they say they're coming."

"Had my whole yard redone a year ago. They moved my rock wall back (and got rid of some of my lawn, which I asked for) so that I could have a larger patio area in the back. The dirt they removed was put in the front lawn area so that it was level, and a rock wall was put in. Trees and shrubs were planted, a water fountain and lighting were put in, and my old sprinkler system was replaced. They were professional and I was even gone for 2 weeks on vacation while they worked. I am absolutely thrilled with the end results and have spent so much more on my patio than ever before because it is so relaxing and beautiful now. After the job was completed, I requested their biweekly maintenance. They do garden weeding, raking, edging, mowing and, when necessary, tree trimming. The tree trimming is done correctly and they deadwooded and thinned a tree and 2 rhododendrons that hadn’t been touch in years. They both look so much better and healthier. The workers are prompt, friendly, hardworking, and do great work. I highly recommend them."
