Contacted Roger through angi on Saturday and he quoted me a great price, especially considering he was having to drive from Mount Vernon, and said he could get out there on Monday. He showed up when he said, explained more thoroughly the problem I had, and how he was going to handle it, reiterated his quote, and he went to work. When he was done he explained the things I could do to help minimize the chance of a reoccurance in the future, and he warrantied his work for thirty days. Haven't seen any more yellow jackets since then. Would highly recommend using his services. "

"Surety Pest Control has had my back every step of the way in purchasing a house that needed pest control of bugs, wasps and rodents as well as doing kitchen toe kick abatement work, crawlspace abatement work, incredibly excellent exclusion work and helping me with referrals to other companies for things like insulation, etc. No one else would help me with the kitchen and I get anaphylaxis from rodents but they came out and helped when no other trade would. On the abatement work they were willing to take photos for my other renovation people of floor, electrical and plumbing damage so that the other contractors could find the spots no problem. Heather in particular has been a complete and utter guardian angel taking my health concerns and disability very seriously making sure to keep me safe. They've been organized, communicative, educated me as needed and extremely patient. I have them for my ongoing pest control contract and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in a heart beat! :)"

This is google review from 2 months ago: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Just moved to Mukilteo, Wash. We had Todd come out to do an inspection and give pricing, and then if decent, would deal with any issues. Prices were MORE than reasonable. He saw rat issues in the crawl space, that were old, but, he set traps and did spiders so that my wife would be happy (happy wife/happy life or so I am told every AM). Todd was professional, knew his stuff, and showed me things that I was not aware of (above and beyond the pest issues). Interesting guy to talk with. In addition, this company does NOT require that you sign a multi-year contract. In fact, no contract. We can quit anytime that we want, which the only way that we will quit is if moving again. We have never used any other service before. They were all so shady. Services: Rodent extermination, Home inspection, Spider extermination, General pest inspection"
