"From the estimation process through the final move of furniture, Aloha Joe Movers was outstanding. Joe came and gave us an estimate for moving our furniture (we moved the boxes, etc.). His team of three strong young men (super nice guys!!!), came and moved all of our large furniture. They worked hard were amazingly careful even though we had a narrow zigzag staircase to bring bedroom furniture down from and a zigzag staircase to bring it all back up. After all was said and done, the price came in lower than Joe's initial estimate (very honest!). Thank you, Aloha Joe's, for helping to make our move-out and in go so smoothly."

"The initial work done was pretty ok. The major complaint is about communication. 1) Repetitively no call back was received even though we left voicemails. 2) the crew did not notify us when work was finished (2 times) even though specifically asked for (then try to leave voicemails with questions, there is no return call (see issue-1). 3) when we were told that the crew actually rang the doorbell, this was definitely not the case as we work in office next to the front-door. How does that work? Proper communication is important to us; as such cannot go higher than a C. Would not hire again, even though the final product (gutter install) was to our satisfaction."
