"I chose this company based on their presence on Angie's list.  They were prompt in answering the service call and coming to my house to provide an estimate for needed work.  We experienced a leak in mour airconditioning unit, which is located in the attic.  A leak developed and a substantial amount of water had begun overflowing into the ceiling and a wall.  The ceiling drywall began to swell and discolor, but finally gave in given - ultimately falling to the floor of the bedroom directly beneath the air conditioning unit.  Holland Homes determined the unit had been poorly placed and that the flex duct also had not been properly attached.  They served as a dual provider in that they were able to repair the issue with the air conditioning unit, as well as repair the sheetrock damage in serveral different places.   <br /> My only issue was that I incurred unexpected charges because their office was in Alabama and I live in Midland Georgia.  The transaction was based a "cost plus" arrangement and there was no mention of the additional fee.  With this said, I would recommend Holland Homes LLC modify their business practice such that they either <br />   1.  increase the percentage associated with "cost plus" arrangement, and/or  <br />   2.  assess a one time fee for the excessive mileage <br /> Again, my experience was exceptional overall. <br />"

Mr. Douglas is very particular that any job he is doing or overseeing is done to his standards (and he is a perfectionist). You will get quick response, good work and will be well informed at every step of the job. I have relied on Mr. Douglas for windows, siding and roof and have been very pleased on every project."

"We had a giant, almost dead, hickory tree that was standing near our back porch and was between 2 beautiful magnolias. JR climbed the tree, cut it into pieces, dropping them carefully to the ground without damaging the porch or the 2 magnolias. He also removed two large hickory trees that were dropping nuts on the house and trimmed an oversized limb from a tree that was too top-heavy and leaning onto our back porch. He also did the same thing for an out-of-balance tree in the front yard, hanging over the driveway. I asked, and he cut the wood into fireplace sized logs (of course, we had to split them) and removed all the stuff we didn't want. In addition, we had him look at several other trees we were afraid would fall during a hurricane. His recommendations in all cases was correct. Hurricane Ivan came through with minimal damage. Just small branches and a couple of shingles."

"They're great. They have this amazing service there. They have a shuttle service. They'll get one of their guys to drive you down to the mall or to a restaurant for free. They'll take you and drop you off and then when they're ready they'll call and say, "We're done. We're on our way" and you're like, "Okay". Or if you're sick and tired of waiting like 45 minutes or an hour, you could call them and somebody can pick you up and you can sit at the store and wait; I love it. They did do something that I wasn't happy with one time. That has been about a year ago. I'm still frustrated about that. But besides that, usually their service is just on the money. They'll wash one of my SUVs for $25 or something and still take me wherever I want to go. That's outside and inside. On my small cars and convertibles they only charge me $20. I've been going to them for at least six years. The workers are fantastic. I think that's where they get their monies worth. The workers do a good job and are very personable."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
