We had him back this year to rip up our leaking and disintegrating stairs, lay new concrete, fix several limestone bricks around our fence, and to re-seal around the foundation of our house which had leaked. His customer service was --again-- phenomenal, walking us through every step of the process. His team was super communicative, asking questions and letting us know updates throughout the process. They were also quick and efficient - he got us in within the week. They also added another gate for us to keep our dog in the back yard. 10/10 would hire this team again."

"Brandon and his team truly transformed our property, providing us with the outdoor space we've always dreamed of. After meeting with 10+ contractors in the Burr Ridge area, we chose BSC Landscaping and could not be happier with him and his team. "Mike and his crew did a superb job. Mike responded to my request for quote within an hour. The job was very small but his price was fair so I hired him. He communicated very well. Mike's crew replace three bricks in the outside wall of our 80+ year old Chicago bungalow to close up the hole left by a dryer vent we removed. I will definitely hire him again for brick work or tuck-pointing. Here are some pictures, before, in-process and after: "

"1. They broke the water main in two places, covered it up by continuing the landscaping, lied about breaking it, and offered to re-landscape again later for more money. 2. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass there. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover. 3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them. 4. They fixed my brick sidewalk but forgot they were to treat it. When I reminded them to do it, they didn't sweep off the dirt and just covered the dirt. 5. Tore pond liner, covered it up, and didn't reattach to new bricks despite many promises."
