He was the only painter who estimated the job to point out that situation. He and his crew were prompt, friendly and very careful to protect our items. Everything was covered in plastic to prevent paint from getting on items or carpet. Also it stopped sanding dust from spreading throughout the house. We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional.
