"This was our second job with Mr. Mark Cullen, the first went so well we had him back in to install a new exterior door for us. As before, he was FANTASTIC, very personable and professional. He first came out and scoped the job, then at an arranged time he came back with the extra parts needed and spent the day installing the door. He had to deal with my wild security ideas and additions to the door, and he had to deal with electricians going in and out with a whole house rewire that was going on at the same time. Mark surprised them by speaking fluent Spanish with them. They were VERY impressed. We will definitely use Mark's services for any future work within his scope. "I initially called to replace one sliding closet door panel and to adjust 2 closets with older tracks and doors that kept falling off. The first crew that came measured and photographed the panel to be replaced, and manipulated the other closets a bit to get them back on track.  Unfortunately, the closets needed a bit more repair to get them back to normal working condition. When I spoke with the office to confirm order of my replacement panel, I explained that the closets still needed to be adjusted. A couple of weeks later the panel had arrived and was ready to be installed. The owner came to install the panel himself, and did the adjustment I needed on the other closets. This was not a big job, nor a difficult one, and I really appreciated him coming himself to see how he could remedy my problem.  He certainly wanted to be sure I was happy with their service. Their pricing was more than fair, and I would definitely call them again if I have any need for sliding doors.

He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes.
