This included replacing damaged drywall, repairing a sagging ceiling that was water damaged, and spraying the "Popcorn" plaster on the ceiling. Also, the entire downstairs was subsequently painted. He made good observations and asked good questions during his visit, told us what to expect and how he would address problems.
