"Barnett Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof installing approx. 60 squares of thee dimensional shingles along with 3-4 sheets of plywood roof decking and quality underlayment. Arrived on time around 7:45 am and the crew worked until 8 pm completing the job in a single day. Excellent cleanup with a next day return to do a magnet drag through the yard to remove nearly 100 nails. Must say have not found anymore nails in the grass since the magnetic sweep! Professional and thorough. Of course installed with nails and not staples. Protected landscaping properly and had debris hauled away promptly. Quite satisfied and heartily recommend."

"When a tree fell on our house we were stressed. We had concerns about dealing with our insurance, how long the job would take, and making sure the repairs were done right. Mike at CPR was awesome. He replaced our roof, fixed or replaced the gutters, and helped us communicate with the insurance company and understand our bill. We got a great looking high quality roof, with great service, and he made the logistics of dealing with our insurance company super smooth. The work was done very quickly and everyone involved was polite and professional. I hope its at least a decade or two before we need any roof work again, but I know the first person I'll call if we find ourselves in a similar predicament again."

"Litespeed Construction took superb care of me when I needed a new roof due to multiple leaks after a storm. Kirby helped walk me through the insurance claims process, including filing for a re-inspection to get the insurance company to pay for the full amount of the roof. They were in and out in 2 days including replacing new boards under the roof and putting on new gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with the finished product and the new roof looks beautiful."

"Mark is a master carpenter. My original design was with a sloped roof, Mark recommended that he would build an apex roof. It would have been so much easier to have built the sloped one but esthetically the apex roof looks fantastic. He is capable to do just about anything, including building a hip on a metal roof."

"Our roof was damaged in the severe weather that hit Knox County in April, 2010. We were unaware of the damage until we actually began to see leaks. We filed the claim with our homeowner's insurance and then we experienced major delays because of paper work and roofing companies who turned out to be storm chasers and a great deal of difficulty in finding a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Finally we were able to get a list of qualified roofers and called many of them to get an estimate. Mike from MDM was quick to return our call and responded to us quickly through the rest of the process. After all the problems we had encountered, his responsiveness was enough for us to decide that MDM was the roofing company we would use. He followed through at once in getting all the needed information to our insurers and the work was scheduled very shortly after our first call. Most of our neighbors had needed roof repairs and so we had watched....sometimes in distress...their work being done. We saw roofs that took weeks to complete, roofs that had to be re-done and huge messes left in the neighbors yards.  We were hoping for a better experience with MDM and they did not disappoint us. Mike was helpful and professional in every step of the process, even when we had trouble settling on a final color for the shingles. The crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to and went right to work. All during the installation process, they were polite and professional and focused on the work. But we were still AMAZED when Mike rang the doorbell that same afternoon to let us know the work was complete. And it was complete and beautifully done and our yard looked better than when they started the new roof! I would recommend MDM Construction to anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement! "Bob from Innovative was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional through the entire project cycle. The quality of the work, the diligence of the crew (especially on clean up afterwards), and their punctuality was much appreciated. Innovative did a full replacement on both our home and garage in just 2 days! All minor issues were resolved promptly (not contractor is perfect!) and all warranty documentation was delivered in a timely fashion. Only time will tell just how good a roof system it is (GAF) and how well it was installed, but based on my years of actual roofing experience as a licensed property manager and having worked for 2 different home builders, I would say this has been one of the best roofing experiences I have had in over 40 years in the business."
