"Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job.
Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions.

The chimney that had brick and mortar cracks now looks perfect, a work of art by artist Jeff Arellano. All debris was cleaned up and the area swept left cleaner than before the job. He helped us pick a roof color based on the colors we've selected for the rest of the house. Then he and his crew blitzed the place, replacing the roof in four days. Gil was calm, professional, and kept a close eye on the job. He even managed the permitting and inspection process seamlessly -- more than I can say for some of our other contractors.
