"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Day 1-He removed the old liner and they had plumbers come in and raise the shower head, replacing the pipes as they did. <br /> Day 2- I was called and due to a family emergency they (he) could not finish the job. <br /> Day 3- I waited till 11:00 A.M. and no one showed up to finish the work.  When I called them, they assured me that no matter what they would finish tomorrow ( even if the man who started was not able to do it). <br /> Day 4- The original employee finished  and did a beautiful job. <br /> <br /> They only negative thing I have to say, is that someone should have emailed or called me on Day 3 so I knew no one was coming. <br /> Over all, I was very pleased with the work and the people that did it."

"They did a good job. They came out first to look at the job. They would come and do their work and then leave. We were happy. There were a couple of doors that weren't right at first and they came back and took them apart and redid them. Any problems that we had they came back and fixed it. We were pleased."

"Good consultation on the options and recommendations. The install had a false start and had to be rescheduled. Once with possible weather, but the second time because of a lack of planning on having the right equipment. But once it was installed it was done professionally. When the subfloor had to be replaced I thought the cost was high. Another contractor told me up front it would be $150 if the subfloor was rotted. They tried to charge me $300. We settled on $200. It was done in less than an hour and a 1x6 board. That is my only real complaint. The door is a great door and it looks and operates great. They were also quick to return (1 week) with replacement parts when the lock was defective."

"Contacted Dowdy Allinone, within a short time they setup an appointment to stop by, and see what I was looking for. William is a very friendly and easy to work with guy. He came by and told me to pick out the door purchase it, and he would be back for the receipt at a setup time to pick up the door. Dowdy showed up on time they received the door and delivered it in good condition. He was very fair, and even let me go with him to the store to purchase materials which isn't something you find very often. Dowdy showed me some falls in the area we were changing the door out in. He showed me the floor was rotted as well as some other areas around where the door was being installed. He however told me everything is fixable he gave me a price to fix the floor, and some other areas around where it had rotted. As everyone knows prices can also start to increase when the project begins. Dowdy however never let me down I got a little nervous when he started pulling off siding pieces, however Dowdy is experienced in siding, and he made it look easy and replaced all the pieces with no issue. Dowdy has no issues watching him work I was only there in case any issues arose he could address them to me. I originally hired him to just install a door, but I always know things don't go as expected. At the end of the day I ended up with: New sliding door, New Trim inside and outside, new entry way flooring, new sub-floor in entry way, new door woodwork, and new trim around entry way flooring. The original price was very fair, and almost shocking to see how competitive Dowdy was that even after all the other modifications, I still expected to pay way more. I would Highly-Recommend Mr Dowdy and his crew to future clients, co-workers, family, and friends. Thank you Mr Dowdy and your crew!"

"It went wonderfully! Last month we got an awning. We liked the awning so much, this last one is out forth one. Very good! We started with 2 on the sunny side of our house and it worked so well, that we got one for over our cooking area and now we put one over our hot tub.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> It is one of those retractable ones, so you press the button and it comes back up or it goes back out. They are called sun setters. There?re great! I think they?re a little high on price. The guy threw in the warranty for me.  <br /> <br /> They were late all the times bringing the awning out. They must be swamped, because we never got it on time. Waited up to a month sometimes. If I had any more windows, I would use them again."
