"We called and visited in person the route 9 southboro location. We left a 825 cash deposit ?. We then got an install date of December 9 however we then got six inches of snow and have frozen ground. We visited after no reply To out email to reschedule install date and we were told we had to pay a 20% restock fee?!!! We didn?t customer anything . We?re never told Anything about this prior to accepting quote, inquired about dig safe and proof of insurance! When we pushed for the insurance and answers how a fence could properly be installed by hand digging when the ground is frozen they were not happy and became nasty when we said we no longer want to move forward . After a pleasant argument we were hastily given our money back.. the kicker here in the way out the door the loser calls me a CUNT? classy!!!! ! Beware and stay clear of idiots with no class!"

The Pickard Farm has been around since farming began. We hire seasonal employees to help with the Horse Hay in the summer, Manure, Pumpkins in the fall and quality seasoned Firewood in the winter months. Check out our siltation fence diversion of expert installers for proper wastewater management. Typically due to the fluctuation of gas prices we do have to charge for delivery, Call Dan for more information. "July 3rd- No Show I reached out and they told me due to Covid they could not get the fence. Understandable but I wish they had called. July 17th- Shipped. Will be in this week. Understandable. July 27th- I reach out.. any update? “Looking into it” August 6th- We will be there Saturday. What tine? “No answer” August 12- crew is picking up at supply house we will be there today. I call them- the woman tells me “I am not her only customer and I have no reason to be upset.” her husband Herb yells from the background to “hang up the F* phone we are not doing it” The woman tells me “see look what you have done now you have ****** him off. I advocated for you(dont need an advocate- I need a fence). You think the world just revolves around you.” There are obviously some underlying emotional issues with these people. I am embarrassed to have used this company and to have been spoken to like that after being patient due to Covid. In addition the other fence I had them build is poorly constructed and not level. All around terrible experience. People were unkind, non responsive, and flat out mean."
