"The overall experience went very well in the sense that the staff (2 + a supv) seemed very competent in the execution and explanation of every step of the process. The job took 2 full days (which was much more than I had anticipated), but I guess that is to be expected for the work beyond just sealing the ducts. The overall improvement for heating and cooling capacity for the duct sealing is 40% based upon the measured leakage reduction and the original register flow.This should help to extend the life of the heating/ac units as they now have to work less in order to maintain consistent temperatures -- time will tell. "We set a date to clean our air ducts and our dryer vent for the day we took possession of our new home. They scheduled after hours so they could do it before we moved in. On the day of the cleaning, the company was called to an emergency restoration. The owner called us to inform us that they would be about 30 minutes late. They showed up as they said and worked diligently to get the job done. Our vent covers were dirty so they took them all off and washed them. (Above and beyond) They were friendly, honest, fair and professional. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future myself."

They were very professional, courteous, hard-working and made sure that the corners of the walls and cabinets were protected against the friction of the hoses. They used several high powered fans to help the carpets dry quicker. By the time they reached the basement carpets, the upstairs was noticeably dryer with the use of the fans. I would definitely use Service Master by Farris Clean again to clean all of my carpets."
