A tree company had unexpectedly taken down a eucalyptus tree, destroying my back fence, leaving a glaring view of my neighbors and creating a crisis for me and my three dogs. Ken from Welcome Home walked the land with me and we brainstormed together. He was kind and understanding, had great ideas for what we could do, and together we developed a plan in several stages that I truly believe will make a big difference. He recommended a fencing company that came out right away. We put in a deer fence that is such an improvement. Then Ken came and cleared the debris from the land, leaving a forest floor of light mulch from the leaves. The land has never looked better. Our next stage is to plant. I so look forward to working more and seeing it all flourish. I feel truly blessed to have found this company and worked with Ken. And my dogs are happy too."

"I had Majid replace my fence and build a pergola last year. Since then, some of the pressure treated wood 4x4s have begun to split and the concrete that was used to support the 4x4s was starting to crumble. He also had the fence built and attached to the building which is not supposed to happen! When I had the siding replaced and painted, we had to REBUILD the fence portions that were ATTACHED to the house/garage, which was a huge pain. Both of these issues indicated that the products he used and the techniques he used are not great quality. The contractor I hired to do the siding/painting expressed concern regarding the structural integrity of the pergola - NO bracing brackets had been installed, and at least one of the 8x8 redwood posts was installed already warped. I have an old house that has some suboptimal drainage system: some gutter downspouts directly pour onto the ground next to the foundation walls, and some downspouts are connected with an underground pipe system that does not drain very well. Josue and his team provided a very thoughtful plan with every detail in the contract, and swiftly finished the whole project in less than 2 weeks. The whole job includes quite some digging to implement 2 underground water pipe systems that navigate all the way to 30ft away from the house, plus additional gutter downspout installation.
