Other contractors typically include design guidance, but I was left to figure out plant selections and their placement myself, which was time-consuming and frustrating, especially as I?m not an expert in landscaping. Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."

His experience showed when he organized the team, haul truck, equipment, time allotted, etc. Keep in mind that concrete work is very dusty and sometimes small pieces of concrete get splattered on walls and plants, so plan accordingly (part of the process and not a function of the work quality). Ed's very conscientious of ensuring the preparation, installation, and clean up are done properly with an eye for detail and pride in his work. He was also able to help with some ancillary projects-just ask and if he can do it, he's happy to make sure you're happy!
