"the two jobs turned out amazing. <br />  the first job was done on time and on budget, clean and polite workers who treated our home as if was their own.   while it took 3 tries to get the hot water issues fixed including installing a jumper tankless heater in tandem with the system.  Sead troubled shoot this issue, researching it and also called the manufacturer and got specs to run it tandem.  now we have unlimited hot water to the spa shower / tub. <br /> the exterior  paint job was an extensive project due to all the previous contractors work and patches of raw concrete that needed to be prepped and primed prior to painting. <br /> the exterior looks stunning. we are now discussing hiring DIHS for additional projects based on his previous work!  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"After getting new wood floors installed, Jesus installed custom baseboards upstairs and down. He was professional, meticulous, honest and straightforward with every detail. He took special time and care to make sure it was perfect. It&#39;s hard to find people who not only do carpentry, but are experts at mouldings. Jesus is, in my opinion, an expert. He also created custom built bookshelves for our bedroom and we could not be happier with his work and work ethic. We will use him for all of our projects from now on. There is a huge difference between a handiman and a craftsman. Jesus is a CRAFTSMAN."

They were quick and even worked on Christmas Eve in order to have our home ready for entertaining on Christmas Day. I have also worked with Derek on other construction related projects including drywall and plumbing. Derek is always communicative, reliable, and courteous. As both a landlord and homeowner, Derek is always my first point of contact when I have any repair or renovation project pending."

"Al is a talented, meticulous carpenter, drywall installation guy, painter, flooring repair and construction engineer. He did many projects in our home that required skill and experience. Al made a beautiful decorative wall of mirrors that are top notch cabinetry quality , moved electrical outlets, fixed and finished the botched floorboards and trim on the vinyl tile floors, and opened walls then added electrical outlets and refinished drywall and painted to install Frame TVs. There was no task he could not do. My only fear is he will become too busy to be available for my next project!"

"I was having baseboards replaced in my home. Maurice was amazing. Responded immediately to my Angi request. Came the next night to give me an estimate, sent me a written quote which was very reasonable, followed up, and gave me an estimated start date. The crew he sent were very professional, promptly, and friendly. There were a few hiccups but Maurice reassured me that all would be completed to my satisfaction and he was correct! When the job was complete he called me while the workers were still at my house to make sure we were satisfied and even though we were happy with everything he asked if it would be ok to come out the next day to inspect his crews workmanship!!!!
