"They did great job on install. But within a month it started crumbling, getting holes. Salt never out on driveway and all instructions followed. Every month that has gone by, the driveway has crumbled. Years later there are numerous holes, cracks, gravel exposed and other issues. Was told couldn’t do anything but seal again. Was told could have been bad concrete mix, but not worth it trying to fix. I think it was great experience, until the driveway started crumbling a month later. My driveway looks terrible. Compared to older and newer ones in neighborhood. It is still deterring now. Very disappointing outcome. Should have gone with lower priced vendor. Versa lock wall put in also bowing."

"Original date to start job was 11/13/24. 11/20/24 I texted and asked what happened. He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. I asked him when he would remove the boulder. He had to get back to me. 2/21/25 Dominic said he would come the first week in March 2025 to remove the boulder. I contacted Dominic again via text on 4/1/25, got a message on 4/2/25 that Dominic would come next week to remove the boulder. Got a message 4/10/25 that Dominic would come the following week to remove. At some point after this, when it was not done, I spoke with Dominic, and he proceeded to talk over me and said he was not going to remove the boulder."

"I can not recommend Americo and would encourage others to find another contractor. We were referred to Rick Criscella and went with his quote to replace our large concrete driveway. They subcontracted all of the work and despite providing a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials would not offer to rectify any of the failed project. You can see in the pictures- after one year there is extensive spidering, cracking, pitting and discoloration across the driveway. Thee team completely forgot to consider drainage when pouring the slab, and decided to run pvc around the outside, which does not flow downhill. The water under the driveway cause heaving and cracking in the first freeze. The team left massive amounts of rubble that I'm still finding in the gardens, and I hounded Rick for a year to come look and only received "on my way soon" messages. Pay more to work with a reputable contractor, this isn't it."
