"Fantastic! My huge 48 yo old dying maple tree was deep in the backyard and was tricky to remove due to the fencing and relatively small space between the houses. The crew showed up to work when they said they would and very carefully remove the large tree. It was amazing to watch the careful removal by cherrypicker . The truck itself was actually elevated on a stand so as not to damage the sidewalk and curbing! They took care not to ding the houses when removing very large, heavy branches and the huge base of the tree. . The crew was very careful and left no leaf or debis when they finished. Then they pruned maple out front and it looks amazing after it was pruned and trimmed .. They know what they are doing and are a personable, pleasant hard working group of people. I highly recommend Shades of Green for your pruning, trimming and removal projects . Lm."

"Extremely poor experience - as someone who worked for this company & reported directly to the owner, I can say based off of my personal experience that in my 20+ years of working, never have I seen a company with this poor of a setup across all areas. From my experiences being very close to the business, I witnessed many actions that were extremely unethical, both related towards employees & customers. As a customer looking for tree work, here are just a few personal concerns I have with Strobert compared to other businesses (can?t speak on some of the worst ones here): - insanely high pricing, 3x to 4x what many other companies price for the same work/service - poor customer experience based on my experience from working here, witnessed 100% turnover, making it rare to have trained/educated support, leading to poor customer svc - unethical behaviors (won?t list them all), but for ie: promoting discounts, but never actually providing a discount, prices are raised to offset discount"

"Removal of 8, 10’ arborvitae including the stumps. Sean, the owner, replied to my request promptly. We arranged a time to walk the job. His price was reasonable. They showed up to perform the work on time and cleaned up at the end. Sean is an easy guy to talk to and explained what he would do very clearly. I would definitely hire him again. In fact, he’s providing a quote on fence installation."

"Lightning struck my tree awhile back and then we had a storm that uprooted the tree. They came in and removed the tree and filled in the hole like the tree was never there! They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased"
