They came when they said they would, the job was done in less time than they had promised and the cost was firm and did not change. I could not have imagined just how beautiful it would look. Our neighbors say they love sitting on their deck so they can look out onto our beautiful "Piazza!" Every single neighbor who borders our property has told us it is beyond beautiful. I have to say, not only did Superior Landscaping do a wonderful job, they quickly came to my aid when one of the pavers had a slight problem....months later. "Overall, I am happy with B.O.G lawn service. The only frustration I've had to this point is that I have it documented in my profile for service to be conducted at a certain timeframe in the day. I have a dog walker come anytime between 12pm - 2pm and because the weed control may not have dried by that time I have requested my service be performed early in the morning or late afternoon. Everytime I am scheduled for service I call the office to double check where I am in the routing and everytime it is a time the may interfere when the dog walker comes over. Again - overall I'm happy with the quality of the product and how far my lawn has come since starting B.O.G but there's some room for improvement with implementing customer requests for service."

"We have used Patrick's crew for several years and they do great work. They send out alerts as to when they will be fertilizing, aeration, seeding, etc and they are VERY well priced for all they do. We have a dog and it is important that the gates are closed --for obvious reasons -- they make sure that our gates are closed when they leave. They blow all the grass clippings off the walk and driveway... and if the weather prevents them from getting there and the grass gets a bit too long... they will bag the grass so as to not leave dead grass all over the place. I was hesitant to have someone else do our lawn care, but after having Patrick and JustAeration do the work... I have determined that the secret to having a beautiful lawn... have someone else who knows what they are doing do it... Unfortunately we are moving out of the area so we will no longer have their services but HIGHLY recommend JustAeration!!"

"We hired Northern Virginia Landscaping Virginia Landscaping to help with a drainage issue in our yard. Overall, they were outstanding. Specifically, - We invited several companies to assess the project and Northern Virginia Landscaping were the best in terms of showing up when promised, thoroughly assessing the issue, and suggesting a plan for how to proceed. It’s amazing how many other companies missed key issues, came up with half-baked plans, or didn’t show up at all. - When we retained Northern Virginia Landscaping, Ibi, the owner, worked closely with us to come up with a design that was both practical and aesthetic. - Ibi was very open to negotiation, helping us prioritize different parts of the project and evaluate trade offs between costs of various parts of the design. He also specifically sought our input into the design through the process. By the end, we felt like the design was our own. - Once the design was finalized, Ibi was clear about when the work would begin and how long it would take. When heavy rains delayed his crew at another project, he was clear with us about what that meant for our start date. Overall, the communication and customer service were excellent and Ibi made himself fully available when we had questions. - Once the work began, it went very smoothly and largely according to plan. We knew exactly what would happen when and on the few occasions there were unanticipated decisions needing to be made, Ibi consulted us on our options and quickly incorporated our feedback into the work. - We did not necessarily seek out the lowest cost option, but the prices were very reasonable given the high quality product. Just as important, the pricing was very transparent and there were no “surprise” costs once the project began. The work was completed on time, on budget, and on spec. Ibi also did a final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied and to answer our questions. Overall, we very very happy with Northern Virginia Landscaping. They seem like an energetic young company that wants to give their clients great work and customer service at a reasonable price."
