"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

"I was hesitant about going with a hidden or invisible fence for our new puppy but because of the make up of our yard a traditional chain link or wooden fence was not feasible (we have a drainage ditch that splits our yard and floods during heavy rains). "We had several companies out to give us bids on the job. We actually had Shannon from Accent Fence out three times for measuring, due to changes. He was amazing. His only concerns were giving us what we wanted, and getting it right. They got the fence in sooner than anticipated and the guys who came out were courteous, professional and meticulous in getting the posts and fencing perfect. <br />"

"Once we contacted Accurate Fence, an appointment for a quote was set up right away. The gentleman that provided the quote, was, at first, extremely responsive and professional. He responded to all of our questions almost immediately, which was very reassuring that we were dealing with a good company. Once we signed the contract and sent in 1/2 of the payment, the treatment changed. The same gentleman was supposed to come over and roughly stake out the property (which is standard) to make sure they wouldn't be hitting any utility lines. He would make appointments with us and then just not show up, no call or email. We would have to follow up with him. This made us very nervous, but everything ended up working out. The fence crew and delayed their installation date the night before the install; however, agreed to come over Saturday, the day before Easter, to install the fence. The installation crew was very professional, hardworking, friendly and very skilled at their job. They have fence building down to a science. We really like the way that the fence turned out. <br />"
