"The whole process went very smoothly.  First I drove over to Rim Country with a small sample of my existing rock.  They knew right away exactly what color it was.  They promptly showed me the rock I was looking for.  We set up a delivery appointment.  They arrived on time and went straight to work.  At one point during the job they gave me a little tutorial on how best to spread the rock.  The work was easily finished within the two hours they estimated the job would take. <br /> Everyone at Rim Country was real friendly and helpful.  They really care about their customers and doing a good job. <br /> I have been receiving compliments from neighbors on how nice my yard looks now.  Thank you again to Katherine, Adam and Mike for helping me make that happen!"

"Over all very well.  I originally wanted my kitchen gutted, but was advised if i wasn't going to re-configure the lay out, it wouldn't be worth the extra money, so we went with stripping. I was very nervous about the mess and how it would turn out. It was messy but Blake took extra care by hanging plastic from ceiling to floor around my kitchen and stripes of what I call butcher paper on the floor. I wanted more storage in my kitchen, and asked if he could build me a permanent free standing island with storage in my nook in place of my kitchen table. He hit the nail on the head, he added matching granite. Now I have extra storage and seating for four Blake also extended the granite on one end of my counter allowing for two barstools in slide under, making for more sitting. My Grand kids love it because the can watch TV from there. <br /> He took out the old florescent lighting. Drywalled the opening and hung 6 hanging lights. Do to the tedious job of stripping, it took a little longer than expected, but we totally understood and my cabinets came out beautiful. Love my new kitchen.   <br /> Blake also put in our wood floors after a water leak. Happy with that job as well. <br /> <br />"

"All work went smooth and all workers where polite and hard workers. They where here everyday cold and wind to get job done, even came on weekends including Sunday. Could not ask for much more from this company . They let you know what they are going to do before hand so you can approve and you are told if anything will cost more before it is done so you can also approve.Highly recommend them <br />"

"Overall I'm very pleased. The design and installation went exactly as planned. They also put me in touch with a plumber since I needed to run the natural gas line, as well as coordinated all the electrical work. My only issue is that the agreed upon design was not what was initially provided by the salesperson to the fabrication department. The guys responsible for building the outdoor kitchen believed there to be stucco on two sides and began building to that specification. However I had requested and paid for stack stone, which requires a slightly different dimension. Even though they had started building the pieces in their warehouse, they had to change the construction to accommodate the extra thickness of the stack stone. This delayed the installation by a few days. Of course, they fixed this before they delivered the components to my house, which is a good thing since they had to use a crane in order to get the two large heavy pieces over the back wall. In order to avoid surprises, my recommendation is to closely monitor the fabrication process to ensure that the pieces do not get delivered only to find that they are not what you had agreed on. Having said all this, I would still highly recommend the quality and professionalism of the entire team, As I am very pleased with the end result. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Oatman, AZ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
