"sales practices are deceptive. My sales rep came to the house and evaluated my roof. I had no illusions that my roof was in good shape. It needed to be replaced. Victors touts themselves as roof specialists and will give an “honest” evaluation of your roof. I am sure you have seen the commercials. My rep went into the crawl space, on the roof, and presented photos of the roof. The cost was high, and my wife and I said no to the original offer but when they came down in price by $6,000.00, we agreed to the contract. This is where they got us. The price included three sheets of wood but any wood on top of that would be $85.00 per sheet. I asked our rep if he thought all of the wood on our roof would need replacing, and he said no. He said one side of our roof needed replacing but the other side of the roof was good and did not need replacing. But I knew that they would have to replace the wood on part of my roof. I knew this because other companies told us the same thing. Fast forward to the installation. The foreman showed me one board to be replaced and said others would need replacing as well. I told him that I knew some boards would need replacing. When we got to the end of the installation, they informed me that they had replaced all of the wood. Seventy-Three sheets. I was never under the impression that all the wood would need to be replaced. I requested photographs of my roof to justify all of the wood being replaced. They sent photos and only one photo showed one piece of wood with mold. I informed them that I felt scammed. I was told they reviewed the photos and stood by their decision and apologized that the rep did not set the expectation. I brought to their attention that they evaluated that all of my wood needed replacing from photographs but their roof specialist who was in my crawl space, on top of my roof, and told me all the wood did not need replacing could not tell me that all the wood needed replacing. I am now responsible for you guessed it $6,000.00 in wood replacement. Convenient? Suspicious? Yeah. They are shady. I am sure it is also a pure coincidence that after I put down my deposit the balance is almost the exact amount we qualified for in financing plus $700.00. So, beware of Victors. Good product but you will pay for it, and they will deceive you out of every penny you qualify for."

"After getting over the sticker shock, everything is going good. Sales associate was good at his job but was a little too pushy. Not sure if he showed us all the options that were available as far as affordability. Everyone in customer service/ scheduling were super accommodating. The best part,besides the finished product to date, was the Patrick the project manager. He made this project come to life and was a pleasure working with. Pat yourself on the back young man. You know how to deal with customers."

"Had my entire house roofed back in August os 2024. It took this long to write my review because I needed to make sure the work passed the tests. It went well, little mess left behind. We are happy with outcome. Thomas did a great job of selling the business."

"This was the best service I have ever received from the guy that came out for the estimate he was very honest did not try to up sell the job in fact down sold the job said we did not need some work the installers were very professional explained what they were going to do when done cleaned up the property as well as it was when they started we have already gave their name out to family we would definitely recommend them"

From the start, their time management was poor. I never pressured them for speed, yet they seemed to rush without attention to detail. My towel rack now hangs off the wall because they irresponsibly removed the heavy-duty anchors during demolition, despite knowing all fixtures were to be reinstalled. The tile work is disappointing, with uneven spacing and gaps. When I pointed this out, they tried an ineffective fix that only caused more problems. Their excuse was my walls, which is puzzling since they stripped the shower down entirely to the studs and replaced the drywall themselves; defying logical explanation. There were also numerous grout issues, with inconsistent lines, missing grout, and patches on the tiles. They have yet to fix the chipped tile they caused, offering only a partial credit for a tile that was supposedly out of stock. I had the opportunity to have these issues addressed, but my bathroom has already been out of service for more than three weeks. With a family of six, I required it to be operational immediately. In short, my experience has been marred by poor communication, lack of accountability, and severe time management issues. I cannot recommend AES Property Consultants. "A-1 Superior Home Improvement, Travis Workman. We highly recommend this business. All work we required was completed. Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed."
