"Set up and clean up as well as laying the floor was professional and looks great. Not dry yet, so haven't walked on it. We saw the same type of floor that was installed on a Lani in 1998 and for the most part it looked brand new. It takes very little maintainance and can easily be cleaned by blowing off debris. Also, is non slippery and porous. There are several different color applications to chose from. We chose the red/brown/tan combo. Real pretty. <br />"

"The owner and workers for Pro Pressure Clean are very professional. Everything they did was top notch. I am so happy with the service they provided. Also, the owner noticed that I had several roof tiles that had cracks or needed replacement which I was unaware of, and he replaced them for a nominal fee. He saved me lots of money and potential damage to the interior of my home. They showed up on time, and even called the day before to ensure we were on the same schedule. Minimal to none of the dirt from the patio went into the pool. This was a first for me. I have used pressure cleaners who have done a good job, but put so much dirt into the pool, my pool cleaners spent a lot of time cleaning the pool. Plus, I had to fix the mulch surrounding the pool. "Met with Joe Litle to discuss the project and get an estimate. He fully explained the procedure, scope of work and issued an estimate which we accepted. Arranged for permitting with county and set tentative date for the work. Called week before to let us know they would be out. Joe's son Ken met with us on the morning of the start and explained again the project and got started. He and his crew quickly had the site work done and forms set. Concrete was ordered for afternoon, truck and crew showed up, poured and finished both projects, cleaned up and left everything in a neat and orderly manner."
