"Several years ago I hired ESV to install new panel lighting in my crawlspace, prior to it being encapsulated; the electrician worked in a dirt surround environment, installed (4) 4-foot lights, and ran a separate line to the panel box. I was impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of ESV's electrician. Years later I requested a line-item quote (by room) for re-wiring my entire house. Dan provided a succinct quote and coordinated the work permit; he and his crew re-wired each room individually (which fit both our schedules per room). This quote also included a new, updated panel, with Dan working with the electric company to shut down power to the house for panel replacement. I definitely trust Dan and ESV with all my electrically needs."

"I hired Innovation Electric to replace four outdoor wall lighting sconces and wire and install a fifth sconce. The work was of a high quality. Innovation Electric also looked at my main electric panel (at my request) and found on circuit was not connected. They repaired this at no additional charge."

"Easy to work with, excellent install and great price compared to competitors. They helped us layout the sprinkler system and lighting, pointing out some factors that my wife and I had not considered on our own to develop a great design. They allowed us to reschedule the install to accommodate some unanticipated tree removal and landscaping that we wanted to take care of before the install. The install went smoothly and then a rep came out to walk us through the system's use, fine-tuning our watering needs (e.g. adjusting timing for sun vs. shade, angle of spray ...)."

"Had to postpone the job. when I tried to call back and schedule another one they never contacted me back.

UPDATE - They have reached out to me and are coming to my home on 1/8/15. I will update again after I meet with them.

UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

"I called after hours on a weeknight after my kids accidentally broke a window, and Tracy had someone here the next morning at 8am to replace it. Everything went great, I was very grateful and will call again for future home repairs."

"Contractor arrived earlier than scheduled and got straight to work.  Unfortunately the problem with the light involved more complex electrical work than I had thought so it was not fixed.  However, he did fix the problem I was having with the faulty lighting in the ceiling fans from my original request - I was using the wrong light-bulbs.  Go figure!

"Made a good suggestion re the bathroom fixture to not screw the bulbs in too tightly.  This seems to have solved the problem.  As for the other 2 items, provider made a couple of suggestions as to how I could fix them myself.  That's not what I was looking for.  I contacted the provider to fix them.  I'm not sure if this was a communication problem.  I was hoping to get these issues resolved, not have a consultation on what I could do to remedy the situation myself.

"Appointment was made easily online. Danny called to arrive at an earlier time. He was punctual, professional, and did an amazing job removing and replacing a kitchen lighting fixture. We are so thankful for Danny and his great work. We will call again if future repairs are needed. Thank you!"
