His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working! Even the office staff was respectful and helpful with changes to our start date (due to tsunami warnings here at the beach where I live). "I am very pleased with the overall experience with Fox Roofing! Mike and Jason were easy to work with and came prepared with samples (which another company didn't ). Tami and Josh always returned phone calls and within a week I had a new roof. The workers were great and were constantly cleaning as they pulled off the old roof. No nails in the grass! It only took them 1 1/2 days to remove old roof and install the new roof. I am Very Happy with the result and would highly recommend them!"
