"C.MASON CONCRETE did an excellent job for me. He came out on the 5th of January 2021 looked at the job told me what he could do and what he would do for the price he gave me. We agreed on the price and he showed up on the 6th of January 2021 and fulfilled all he said he would do by sunset. The job and his crew where very professional and Mr. Mason and his team know their trade. I've had a lot of concrete work done on different properties in the past by some really good contractors but I would put C. MASON CONCRETE at the top of my list. Very fair price, has excavators, dump trucks, mules and most of all a very professional staff. Thanks again Mr. Mason. Excellent job. That statue of the water boy is going on that new side walk. "Did a great job, but once they were paid would not call me back with the other questions I had, so make sure you don't need them for anything else. Once they are paid they seem to not respond to emails, texts or phone calls. What a shame!"

"We contracted with them for painting exterior building and they're still here working. The best part is their owner is very responsive for the most part he doesn't have a consistent crew would be the downsize  sometimes days he has eight people or six, six to eight other days he has two so he's been dragging behind to complete this job, right now two people are here. So he's kind of  quick to start and slow to finish."

Excavated the area to level  the area for the foundation for the Shed. Dug out footing and installed re-bar and vapor barrier.</li> <li>3. Installed re-bar and vapor barrier for new patio. 27 X 13.6 feet. </li> <li>4. After City inspection poured concrete for both shed and patio. </li> <li>5. Framed outer walls and installed Ceiling joist. After City inspection installed the synthetic under-layment. </li> <li>6. Built 12 X 8 Pitch roof as per HOA rules and installed matching roof shingles. </li> <li>7. Installed four vinyl windows and a 36 inches exterior door. Installed a 60 inches roll up door.</li> <li>8. Installed Hardie plank boards and one coat of primer with two coats of paint. </li> <li>9. Installed rain Gutters all around the Lawn Shed.</li> <li></li> <li>The General Contractor, Trent Sonier, and his crew did a fantastic job for us. The men were here everyday and communicated with us on every step. They kept us informed on material order and cost. They always kept us abreast of their expected schedule so we could make our own plans accordingly. We greatly appreciated this consideration. The crew always left with everything in  its proper place and the area clean. We found an honest, hard working Contractor to complete our project. We will definitely be using this company to install our laminate flooring.  Aluminum Designs can do any remodeling or new construction you need. But I plan to keep them busy for awhile.
