"Received $11000 project quote for a solar panel installation with 0% finance. The quote was attractive, and I decided to go with this company. Applied for 0% financing card and got approved for it. However, after receiving permits, the company changed the contract to 6% financing option. The company insisted that the contract was originally 6%. After much discussion, it provided me with a very ambiguous and small fine prints as part of the contract. The installation was done cheap. The guys used cheap plastic pipe to get the electrical work done and also made a hole in the roof to run the electrical line through. All of these works were done without discussing it with the owner. After receiving the payments, no help or guidance for setting up SREC. You get what you pay for. I regret that I chose this vendor for solar panel project."

"I received a phone call from Rob the same day I purchased the coupon and was able to have the work scheduled the next day. Paul called to say he was running a bit behind and would arrive about a half hour late. No problem and I appreciated the call. When he arrived I explained the problem and he removed the old wiring from the wall remote to the motor and replaced the wall remote with one I provided. We then discussed the LED's I wanted in the kitchen. We ended up installing 2 recessed 6 inch LED's in the ceiling which Paul went to pick up at Home Depot.
