"This project was awarded to a contractor that I believed to be of good caliber. I was 100% wrong. Despite stating in contract regarding so called progress payments were to be 3 it more like 6. The company was not financially stable. He need cash at every step. This was after I paid for 90% of the materials. The man cannot handle his time lines! Would show at 11 in the morning any that was a good day. As far as workmanship it was mediocre at best. Over ordering materials such as pavers and veneer stone"
