During installation of pool filter pump, pool heater, spa filter pump and filter for my HOA, Buddy patiently answered all my questions and explained all his actions (I like details). About 3 weeks after work was completed, we discovered a minor issue with the installation. Buddy responded within an hour via phone and scheduled the fix for the next Monday (We called on Friday).
