He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. "Yes I called for someone to come out for an estimate on January 9th 2026 and Ashton was a wonderful fellow on the phone. Mark called me back within maybe an hour and made an appointment to come out Monday January 12th to do the estimate. The gentleman Mark was very professional he took the time to explain different things about getting the gutters installed and about French drains in a complete thorough educated talk about how to get the water away from the house and how I could possibly set up irrigation to my plants by using water barrels from their downspouts. I haven't decided to use hire yet but if the initial meeting with Mark is so good. Once I deside where I'm going to be spending my money first I'm sure that this company and Mark is who I will hire."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"After requesting quotes from three companies, I chose Big D for several reasons. First, the sales person who came to the house to give me a quote, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go through the process and how they are different and how they are similar to other companies. Although they gave me the lowest quote, it was not by much but the difference was really in the customer service the company offered. The sales person showed me the materials that they worked with, and explained how they differed from other companies. I was really intrigued by the Atlas system and did a lot of research. After the contract was signed and I picked a color the roof was done about a month later. The team that did the roofing was exceptional. It was quite large, and everyone had their job to do. They were able to do my roof in one day because of the size of the team. They draped the house to prevent damage and really cleaned up before they left. If I had questions or concerns, they were answered immediately by the office staff. They had great customer service."
