"Robert was prompt returning my inquiry about our leaking roof, and we set an appointment for him to inspect. Again prompt to our appointment he suggested solutions and was fair and honest in his evaluation. We agreed to go forward. He came and spent a few hours on the roof, sealing chimney flashing and applying an aluminum based coating overlay on a flat section of the roof. I felt I got honest work for fair cost. I will use Robert and Raised On Roofing again when needing repairs or for roof replacement when that time comes. Excellent, honest service."

"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

He also fixed our Stand & Seam roof that a tree had fell on, coated with 100% Silicone on that, our Carport, and Lanai roofs after power washing them. He did a great job, at a great price! "Jan Tukker is very professional and thorough. JTI did the work as promised and on time. A couple of things to consider when re-roofing. If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll. <br />"

"My experience with Universal Roofing & Construction Group was very good. They are very nice people to work with. The owner and his son were on to the job quite often and whenever we pointed out a concern or a problem with their workers, they corrected it. We had few little issues regarding them covering some rotten wood, which was discovered. They came back immediately, supervised here while the job was going on, called the guys who did and corrected it. They not only placed the roof but they also did some new reconstruction and redesigned two low parts or sections of the roof. I will recommend them and tell everyone that this is one company they can use. My husband went there quite often and he just felt they were very attentive. We also had a subcontractor doing some other stuff for us and he kept an eye open too, since my husband couldn't be there during the project. There were some subcontractors who were not always here when they said they going to be. I hope we won't be using them again but if required I will use them again in the future."
