They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Every aspect of this company seems to run like a well oiled machine. <br /> The office managers were responsive when I called, and very friendly. <br /> The initial surveyor/sales manager (Jesse) who came out to review & bid the job was prompt, polite & knowledgeable. <br /> The office managers were prompt in following up to schedule the repair (only downside is they are so busy the repair was many months out, even in the winter). <br /> Chris and his assistant who came to jackhammer & dig out the concrete/dirt where the new/deeper concrete footing would be poured, install the jacks and the new beam to remedy the sagging main floor/joists in my 1940's farm house, were very prompt with calls ahead of time regarding when they'd be there. They used cloth tarps throughout the house to ensure no mess was caused, and they were professional & pleasant at all times. <br /> Chris was very skilled at tackling a "custom" job in this old house, and very knowledgeable about explaining the pros & cons of different options & explaining each step as we went along. <br /> Best yet, the work ended up taking less time & materials than originally quoted, and I was billed a lesser amount. I'm sure that this is unheard of for the most part these days. <br /> All in all, I'm happy with the repair (although I wasn't happy to have to spend the money on it), and couldn't have been more pleased than dealing with Chris & Badger Basement. <br />"

"Fine, Jack was quite nice to deal with, arrived on time after hours to fit our (7 pm) schedule. He came fully prepared with his license, insurance paperwork, references, etc. Looked at our project, came up with estimate on the spot. He also offered us a 10 percent discount to do both windows at the same time as we were undecided as to do one or two. The price above reflects that discount. He was very good about following up with us a few days later and answering any questions. In the end we found a number of lower bids (those did not include the dirt haul away, so that might be important to some) and we chose one of those."
