"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! "This is the second time we have worked with Custom Works, INC, and we have been delighted both times. This time, they refurbished our deck and installed a new patio with a seating wall. We live in a 55+ community, and both projects were small. It was a pleasure talking through the design with Glen. Nick helped us time and again to fill out the forms for our Homeowners Association. Two different crews did the work. The decking crew worked quickly, but had delays when materials were late. (Thatâ s a common story in 2022.) The finished deck is lovely, and the rain escape system is working beautifully. The patio crew worked faster than we ever thought they would. The patio was dug out, crushed stone installed and tamped, pavers laid, and most of the sand installed in one day. The second day only lasted a few hours as the rest of the sand went in, the wall was completed, and the surrounding area was re-seeded. We love the new patio, and so do our neighbors."
