"The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

"The whole process went great. I'll be honest, the price was a little more than we expected when we first got the estimate, but we didn't even bother with a 2nd or 3rd estimate because I could tell right away that we were going to get a high quality job. We got the airflow system and all. I was kept well-informed of when the team was going to arrive, when the dumpster was going to be dropped off, and when they needed to come back to finish a few planned follow-up things. The team that did the actual roof replacement was right on time, did an outstanding job, made themselves available if we had any questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Their Production Coordinator also did an excellent job and responded immediately to any questions we had. When the job was finished, we were given a complete walk-though of what they did. I have heard horror stories about roofers not showing up, not finishing the job, not cleaning up properly, etc. There was no need for any worry with this team and I would 100% recommend them for the peace of mind and a guaranteed excellent roof replacement."
