"We have used Jim before and as usual, he did an outstanding job! Due to our being busy taking care of a couple of family members we had not had the pool screen, decking, driveway and sidewalks cleaned in 2+ years and the house had never been cleaned since being repainted several years ago. "I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."

The technician could not quote the job as he didn?t have the proper tools to do so. After, I was called again for a technician to come back and provide a free estimate. The tech that came to do the quote, went ahead and completed the job. I never agreed to this, so was shocked to receive an invoice vs the agreed upon free estimate. The receptionist was rude and cut me off while I (the customer) attempted to explain the miscommunication. This escalated to the owner (who was even more rude) calling me and being aggressive with me. He cut me off and berated me while not allowing me to speak. I had to continuously ask to just pay the invoice to get off the phone with him. All of this stemmed from a miscommunication on their side. To make someone pay when you have the recorded call of us agreeing to a free estimate only, is disgusting. "
