"Amazing company to work with!! I had Tampa Hardscapes come out to give me a quote on doing my driveway, back patio pavers, and design retaining wall for my landscaping. The owner came out personally and walked the property with me and really took the time to find out what I was imagining and what was important to me. They were very reasonable on price and super expedient on timeline. They also had the jobsite extremely tidy and clean, which is very important to me. (I have two small kids and my wife was very very pregnant at the time, it was supper important to me to not be living in a construction zone for an extended period of time) They added some designs and boarders to my idea that I would have never thought of, and it came out great! I get compliments from all the neighbors. The Owner Matt even stopped by 2 months later just to check on how everything was holding up, that the finishing sand was taken correctly, and to make sure that the quality of work was correctly. You just don't get this level of professionalism and pride that should come with every craft and craftsman these days, but this company still has that old school integrity. I usually am not one to write reviews, but I have to say, I was so impressed that I was compelled to do it this time. If there was an option to give 10 starts I would! "These guys did an amazing job installing our pavered patio and driveway. There was an issue with the edging and a sprinkler head almost immediately afterwards, and they did come back to fix it and make it right. We love the work they did for us and have recommended them to several other neighbors and friends. I will say that the communication gap when issues arise, specifically with the sales rep Bob, was the only drawback. I ended up going straight to Albert after Bob stopped showing up, and we were well taken care of from that point forward. Albert also has an admin named Stacy who responds to his texts on his behalf and she is absolutely wonderful. They are truly lucky to have her communicating and followingn up on their behalf. I am deducting a star for customer service based solely on my experience with Bob...everyone else we encountered was great. All in all - this company quoted a great price, they showed up on time and delivered a quality end result with no delays, and they made good on their quality promises by fixing issues when they arose. I would hire them again, and I would recommend them to friends and neighbors."

The driveway and paths came out beautiful. Pete also worked with us to keep costs down. He made suggestions and did extra work that he and his crew did not have to do. His team of workers were always on time as well as being very courteous. They worked early morning until evening under the hot Florida sun. All were very conscientious and professional.
