"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. Randy, if you see this, thanks again very much for all of your help today!"

"Paul actually showed up about 15 mintues before the scheduled time but called to let me know this before he arrived. He went into the attic and was able to quickly determine that rafters would need to be repaired. After finishing his assessment of the roof, he also took a quick look at the home's foundation and determined there weren't issues that he could see. He was done quickly with his assessment and stated he would provide me a written report in a few days. True to what he stated, I received the report detailing his recommendation along with a couple of contractor references for which I asked. Would use Paul's services again and recommend him to others. <br />"

"Originally hired for kitchen remodel. Went so well, we hired for our bath and again for our family room remodels. They were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. The estimates were spot on for the total bill. Ran into unforeseen problems on the bathroom remodel, they worked the weekend to finish the project on date promised. "Renovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. The kitchen is the heart of my home, and results were incredibly important to me. I'm glad I chose this company to work with."

I had previously chosen another company to do the work but they wanted 50% of the money up front and wanted to charge me almost 2X the amount I ended up paying with Spartan Ram Jack. Also, they did not want any money from me until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The crew was professional and although they had to dig almost 8 feet down to complete the project, I could not tell that they had displaced anything unless I knew what to look for. I would recommend them for any type of foundation work that you might need."

I needed a quality company- one that I could trust and most of all, rely on to get the vehicle to me in pristine condition. They did just that!
