"Called them at 11 pm, they arrived on site at 1:30 and worked around the clock to get the house drying.  Brought in full packing and moving crew, packed antiques, art, dishes and furniture.  Moved out to storage during reconstruction.  Moved everything back in after construction was complete.  Chris did a great job, answered his phone all hours of the day and night, and made sure the crews worked carefully and timely.  Overall, very satisfied. <br />"

"I wasn't to happy with them. One room they cleaned, there was a few muddy places that dried and they didn't do good. I didn't see it or I would have called back. I feel like I didn't give them a chance to follow up and make it better so I don't want to give them a bad grade. However, they did a good job in the the other room.  <br /> <br /> My only complaint is one room wasn't as clean as it should have been."
