"Luna was absolutely fantastic! The scheduled time was 8:00 am. They were here at 7:59 am. Juan was always quick to respond before and after I hired Luna. The workers were friendly & courteous. Each night they straightened up the work area, even though it’s a basement that we don’t use (yet.) The work was completed on schedule and looks really good. Actually, it is better than what the builder did for the main and second level. The final bill was exactly what the estimate was. I couldn’t be happier."

"They kept changing the schedule time. 3 times They came out today to move a gas line.the connection is not properly installed . I told him no I want that mounted back the way it was with a shut off valve . He tells me that's okay the way it is . I paid the man to just get him out of my house. Now I have to hire someone else to instlall it right. This is why I thought I was hiring a pro. Totally unacceptable"
