After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. "Price was competitive and included a 50 year warranty which was great. My new roof looks okay but is crooked in places, the roofers left nails all over my yard, 6 months later and I'm still finding nails in my yard. In addition to that they left a huge oil stain on my driveway that I had to argue with the foreman about until it got cleaned up. The first day on the job and the foreman said I had a nice house and asked what my husband does for work. I said I don't have a husband, and he asked if my parents helped me purchase my home. I let him know that I purchased the house on my own. 2 months after the roof was completed I still had not received my warranty. It took me about 6 phone calls, and an email to the owner before I got the warranty sent to me. After I emailed the owner the foreman sent a snarky text saying I should have contacted him instead of the company. All in all it might be worth the competitive price if you're willing to put up with misogyny and to stay on top of things."

"Besides tearing off the old roofing and installing new roofing on the house, Bryan Candland installed new gutters on the back. Among our greatest concerns was the porch over our patio. Bryan came up with a great solution to stabilize the structure and enclosed the underside with ventilated soffit. We've been overjoyed with the quality of work and the services given. The evening after the roofing was installed, we discovered debris in the basement below the vents that went up to the roof from the water heater and furnace. We called Bryan about 9:15pm and he was here within an hour. He picked up two carbon monoxide detectors (our expired one had not been replaced yet) and installed them for us. He made sure the vent pipes were not connected properly, put everything as it should be and cleaned up the debris! He wouldn't go home until everything was right and he was certain that we were safe which meant he was here late at night for two hours. We were surprised by how much he really cares! He made sure we were satisfied with all the work before he considered it done. We know we can trust him to do good quality work. He's great to work with because he works hard and values people. He gives real value for the dollars we spend. He aims to please!!! And he does!!!"
