Over the past 2 or 3 years, though, the quality of their work has gone way downhill. Crews are unsupervised and there is no follow up by Management to check on what they've accomplished. What used to be a landscape company has become a mere "mow and blow" business that charges a premium price for borderline performance. They did several major landscaping/xeriscaping jobs for our HOA over the years, and they were all beautiful initially, but are virtually unsustainable without intensive labor, which they are not willing to perform.
