"Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again. "

They were able to accommodate the schedule I needed and got the job done on time. The work was high quality. I would hire them again in the future for other projects."

We never felt neglected or worried about lack of communication. The work is being done beautifully with concern for details and it's obvious that Tomahawk takes pride in their finished labors. "Showed up on time. To look at broken balances on windows. The Handyman unlocked our window sash with out hanging on top window which proceeded to fall down and he broke my bottom stops. It?s been over two weeks haven?t heard anything called five times I?ve given them my email still haven?t heard nothing. So basically I paid the handyman service $88 to break my window and never get back to us. For the simple reason I would not recommend this company. Lack of communication very unprofessional. Not to mention breaking something in your home and not staying in touch to simply let you they?re going to fix it ! They old saying goes first impressions are everything. This left a bad impression"
